Erection- Install the equipment and its accessories 
Commissioning- Operation of equipment or facilities in preparation for plant start-up.
Engineering Support- Engineering support may be provided during commissioning if contracted by the Client. Commissioning support includes electrical, automation or instrumentation system personnel. 

Operations and maintenance services - to Clients in diverse industries as per requirement.
Training- for supplied system for O&M staff

Order Management- Plan describes the sequence, responsibilities, and controls for preparing, negotiating, executing, and managing contracts performed in the lead and support offices and on the site. 
Expediting-  Team ensures that the submittal of engineering deliverables, fabrication and delivery of material and equipment supports the project schedule. 
Logistics- Transportation and logistics planning, including requirements and routes to minimize delays. 
Materials Management- Materials and equipment are effectively identified, acquired, received, and delivered. 
Purchasing & Sourcing- Detailed purchasing plans for specific Client project requirements from selected suppliers with checking quality of material.
Warehousing-Manage expediting, receiving, inventorying, and storing material at the construction site and distribute materials to meet the needs of the construction staff. 

Fabrication- Our fabrication capabilities provide Clients with significant schedule and cost savings
Quality Control- Quality management on all products as per detailed project requirement
